Order Processing and Shipping

Kings Island Marketplace orders are processed from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday only. Merchandise items are shipped via UPS.  Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges. The item must not have been used or worn. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for product return.
